Yes! PrepSheet Pro is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices and tablets. Whether you're checking your schedule, looking up a recipe, or sending an invoice, you can do it from any device.
Pricing & Billing
No! You can start your 14-day free trial without entering any payment information. We'll only ask for payment details when you're ready to continue after the trial ends.
At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan to continue using PrepSheet Pro. Your data will be saved and waiting for you. If you don't subscribe, your account will be suspended (but not deleted) for 30 days, giving you time to come back.
Yes, you can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. When switching to yearly, you'll receive a prorated credit for your remaining monthly period. When switching to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe, our secure payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

When you create a recipe, you add ingredients with their quantities. PrepSheet Pro automatically calculates the cost per serving based on your ingredient prices. When ingredient prices change, your recipe costs update automatically. This helps you price your services accurately and understand your profit margins.
Yes! When you send an invoice, your clients receive a link to pay securely online via credit card. Payments are processed through Stripe and deposited directly to your bank account. You can also track partial payments and deposits.
The Client Portal is a separate, secure area where your clients can log in to:
- View and pay their invoices
- See their past order history
- Save their favorite recipes
- Provide feedback on events
Yes! When you create an order with recipes, PrepSheet Pro can automatically generate a consolidated shopping list with all the ingredients you need, scaled to the number of servings. No more manual calculations or forgotten ingredients.
Data & Security

Absolutely. You can export all your data (clients, recipes, orders, invoices) at any time in CSV or JSON format. Your data belongs to you, and you should always be able to take it with you.
If you cancel your subscription:
- You keep access until the end of your billing period
- Your data is retained for 30 days after that (in case you change your mind)
- After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted
MenuMagick Migration
Yes! PrepSheet Pro was specifically designed to support MenuMagick users. You can import your .mdb or .accdb database files, and we'll automatically migrate your clients, recipes, ingredients, and order history to your new PrepSheet Pro account.
Most imports complete within a few minutes, depending on the size of your database. You'll see a preview of what will be imported before we start, and you can review and fix any issues before confirming.
We import the core data: clients, recipes, ingredients, and historical orders. Some MenuMagick-specific fields may not have a direct equivalent, but we preserve as much as possible. After import, you can review everything and make adjustments as needed.
